How does it work?

Enviromission Surveying makes it simple and straight-forward. We provide you with an easy-to complete checklist to capture all the information we require. Every building is unique and therefore pricing is calculated according to size, method of construction and level of complexity. To do each assessment and calculations correctly requires attention to detail which is something Enviromission takes very seriously. Our company can give you an approximate estimate of the cost over the phone but, to provide a fixed price quotation, an assessor will probably need to visit the premises which we do without charge or obligation.

To help Enviromission to give you an estimate, it would be helpful if you have the following information:

  • Total area of the building,
  • Is this over more than one floor? If yes, how many and are they all the same layout or each different?
  • What is the construction? E.g. brick built, steel frame clad with panels.
  • What is the usage of the building?
  • What sort of heating or air conditioning is in the building?
  • Do you have up to date plans of the building?

Whilst some of this may sound complicated it is probably no more than is likely to appear in typical sales particulars of a building.
