How long does an Energy Assessment take and what will it cost?
Enviromission recognises that time is often short when you are looking to sell or rent a building and you will not want any unnecessary delays. The actual time on site can vary from part of a day to several days depending on the building. Likewise, the office time in calculating the assessment can vary from a few hours to more than a day.
Once we have seen the building, quoted a fixed price and received an order from you, we will commit to a firm timetable and agree it with you. Typical turnaround obviously varies with demand but, generally speaking, Enviromission look to complete the assessment and issue the EPC within 7-10 days of receipt of your order.
Our Fast Track service is also available for quicker timescales.
